Answer by your pc my solutions
Try to get the anti virus installer from the cd to a pen drive from any other computer or laptop in your household or your friend etc. and then install it to your notebook. This will solve your problem. But copy each and every file from the cd to the pen drive so that installation problems should not arise later.

I would side load it from another PC with a Flash drive or External HDD… Another way around this is getting an External CD-ROM drive… I Currently use AVG for my anti-virus and it also has a free version… http://www.avg.com/us-en/download?prd=afg That the link to the free version if you wanna use it…. Hope this helps
If you use one of the free anti virus programs that you can download from the web, you won’t need CD drive. Or you could purchase an external CD/DVD drive.
All of the following anti virus programs are free for personal use. All work very well, but my personal favorite is “Avast”.
Only run one anti virus program to avoid conflicts.
AVG
