Is there any Software to set start/stop timer for applications in windows?

Question by Shinto: Is there any Software to set start/stop timer for applications in windows?
Could someone tell me whether it can use a software that start and stop, if the requests was for Windows, how to say applications like Limewire (to download movies) I want to start it automatically at 02.00 clock and stop clock by 8.
